Meagan Ambacher

Operations/Client Services Manager

Meagan is the one who creates a welcoming foundation for care—where every woman feels seen, safe, and empowered to reclaim her strength. Meagan brings over a decade of leadership experience in fast-paced, people-focused environments. Originally from Ohio, she moved to San Diego in 2017 and has since found her passion in building systems that support strong teams and meaningful client experiences.

At Revive, Meagan ensures the studio runs smoothly behind the scenes while helping every client feel supported from their very first visit.

  • A former competitive softball player, Meagan has always felt at home in movement. But it wasn’t until her 30s—when she began training in jiu-jitsu and weightlifting—that she truly reconnected with her own strength. That journey ignited a deep commitment to helping women reclaim power in their bodies and confidence in every stage of life. She brings that passion into everything she does—leading with care, structure, and a belief that confidence is built from the inside out.

Outside of work, Meagan is a proud sports mom to three teenagers. She enjoys painting, walking her dog, playing the piano, and soaking in the ocean breeze at the beach. Whether she’s cheering from the sidelines or managing the flow of a busy day at the clinic, Meagan shows up with intention, heart, and the belief that women are capable of extraordinary things.

Michelle Drake

Pilates & Movement Specialist

She loves helping others become more self-aware of their body. A former tech professional turned Pilates Instructor, she's all too familiar with "tech-neck" and other misalignments that develop in the body due to periods of prolonged sitting in front of a computer, which she’s passionate about helping women recover from.

  • Michelle uses counter-movements to lengthen the neck, open the chest, strengthen the core, and improve the body's total posture. Along with "desk rehab," she also specializes in athletic conditioning. In addition to being a certified STOTT Pilates instructor, she is TRX-certified and loves incorporating TRX, as well as body weight and stability exercises into her routines to keep the body challenged. When consistent, clients report moving and feeling stronger in their everyday lives. When not in the studio, Michelle loves to travel, hang with her doggy and be a momma to her little boy!
This personal connection fuels her passion for helping others regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their bodies. She is committed to creating a nurturing space where clients feel supported in their wellness journeys, whether they are recovering from injury, navigating life transitions, or seeking to build strength and resilience.

FAQs

  • Physical Therapy: Your first visit is all about understanding your story. We’ll sit down for a full evaluation, review your health history, and assess your movement, posture, and any symptoms. From there, we’ll begin gentle hands-on therapy and introduce therapeutic exercises tailored to your body. You’ll leave feeling heard, supported, and clear on your path forward.

Pilates: Your first session is all about you. We’ll start with a one-on-one assessment to understand your goals, any injuries or health concerns, and how your body moves.
