"I almost talked myself out of booking, but I'm so glad I didn't — it was the easiest conversation I've had about my health in years. I left knowing exactly what to do next."
— Barbara, 56 — Pelvic Floor / Back Pain
This is for you if…
You've never tried Pilates and aren't sure where to start
You've tried group Pilates, but it didn't feel right for your body
You're recovering from surgery, injury, or a health event and want a safe starting point
You're dealing with pelvic floor issues, back pain, or core weakness
You want expert guidance — not a class where you're left to figure it out
You're in your 40s, 50s, or 60s and want movement that actually fits your body
What Happens in Your Intro Session:
Step 1 — We listen first
Tell us what you've been dealing with, what you've tried, and what you want to feel like in your body. This shapes everything that follows.
Step 2 — We assess how you move
Your specialist observes your posture, movement patterns, core engagement, and pelvic floor function. No judgment — just information.
Step 3 — We give you a clear recommendation
By the end of your session, you'll know exactly which program fits your body and goals — private sessions, small group classes, or a PT-integrated plan.
You leave with clarity. Not a sales pitch.

Your first session is all about you. We'll start with a one-on-one assessment to understand your goals, any injuries or health concerns, and how your body moves. You'll be introduced to the equipment, like the reformer, and guided through gentle, therapeutic exercises tailored to your needs. Expect a supportive, no-pressure environment that focuses on building confidence, connecting to your core, and laying a foundation for long-term results.
-
We offer a concierge-style, women-focused experience where every session is one-on-one, highly personalized, and guided by a women's health specialist — not a general fitness instructor. Our small group classes never exceed five people so you always receive individual attention.
Every provider on our team is trained in Dr. Dawn Andalon's Pelvic & Core Reset™ Method, which means you receive a consistent, proven clinical approach to movement rather than a generic class format. And because our team includes physical therapists, we can identify and address pelvic floor dysfunction, back pain, and movement issues that a standard Pilates studio simply cannot.
