Twenty-two years of helping women trust their bodies again.

Dr. Dawn Andalon is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who has spent the last 22 years specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy, women's health, and therapeutic Pilates. Before founding Revive PT & Pilates in Encinitas, she worked at Nike World Headquarters as a physical therapist and consultant. She is Polestar Pilates certified, Manual Therapy certified, and trained through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute.
