The Revive Way.
Most practices will tell you what they do. We’d rather tell you what we believe — and let our work prove it every day.
Our Promise to You
Every woman who walks through our door is in a chapter of her life she didn’t plan for. We don’t treat that chapter as a problem to fix. We treat it as a body to know — whether she comes to us for physical therapy, therapeutic Pilates, or both.
Everything below describes how we do that — not as marketing language, but as the standards we hold ourselves to when no one is watching.
A Full Hour of Undivided Attention.
At an insurance-based clinic, the model splits one therapist across two or three women in the same session. We don’t work that way.
When you’re with us, you are the only person in the room. No double-booking. No being passed off to an aide. No half-listened-to symptom you’ll have to mention again next visit. No generic class format you have to modify on your own. Your hour is shaped by what your body needs that day — not by a billing code or a class schedule.
You Will Be Known Here.
The woman at the front desk will know your name. We meet as a team about every client, so whoever you’re with already knows your history, your goals, and your story — without making you repeat them. The Pilates instructor down the hall will know what we’re working on. The physical therapist will know what your Pilates instructor is seeing.
We don’t do passive customer service — we build genuine relationships, because the women we serve deserve to be cared for as people first, never as billable units.
You are not a chart. You are not just another woman in the room. You are a person we know.
The Pelvic & Core Reset™ Standard.
Every specialist on our team — physical therapist and Pilates instructor — is personally trained by Dr. Dawn in the same proprietary method.
That means whether you work with a physical therapist Dr. Dawn trained or take a Pilates session with an instructor she trained, you are getting the same level of skill, the same level of intention, and the same level of care.
Excellence isn’t a personality. It’s a system. Ours has one signature, and it’s on every session you receive — whether you’re on the treatment table or the reformer.
We Don’t End Care. We Transition You.
An insurance-based clinic ends your care when your authorization runs out. We work differently.
Our job isn’t finished when your symptoms quiet down — it’s finished when you walk out stronger than you walked in, with the confidence that what we just fixed isn’t coming back. From there, you transition into ongoing care that keeps you moving forward — whether that’s continued Pilates with instructors who already know your body, periodic PT check-ins, or both.
Lasting relief is the floor. Lasting strength is the goal. Temporary fixes are not in our vocabulary.
Built for the Long Arc, Not the Quick Fix.
Your body at 50 is not your body at 60, and your body at 60 is not your body at 70.
We are not a six-week program you complete and forget. Many of our clients started with us for one issue years ago and now move with us through every chapter that follows — through a hysterectomy, through bone density changes, through new symptoms that show up at 65 nobody warned them about.
You don’t outgrow us. You grow with us.
Five promises are easy to write down. Here’s what it’s like when they hold.
★★★★★ Patricia, 56 — Pelvic Health & Core Strength
“Revive was completely different from anything I had tried before. I finally felt like someone was looking at the whole picture instead of just treating one symptom. I’m stronger, more confident, and feel like I understand my body again.”
★★★★★ Rebecca, 64 — Back Pain & Therapeutic Pilates
“I came to Revive because I wanted to stay active without constantly worrying about my back. The combination of personalized care and Therapeutic Pilates has given me confidence in what my body can do again. I feel stronger now than I have in years.”

If we ever break one of these promises, tell us.
Five values written down on paper mean nothing unless we hold ourselves to them every single day.
If you ever come to Revive and feel one of these wasn’t honored, we want to hear it directly.
Your honesty is how we stay sharp, and how we stay worthy of the women who trust us.
With deep respect for the women we serve,
Dr. Dawn Andalon, DPT, MTC, CPI
