Before you leave, we'll walk you through your personalized program plan, built in the room — what we'd address, how, over what timeline, and what your investment would be. You'll leave with a written action plan and clarity about your next step, whether that's moving forward with us or not.

We specialize in women's health conditions affecting women over 40 — including pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, back pain, sciatica, osteoporosis, hysterectomy recovery, and perimenopause and menopause-related symptoms. But we're not the right fit for every woman or every condition. If your situation isn't something we can address, we'll tell you honestly and point you toward the right care — whether that's a different specialist, a different practice, or a different approach altogether.

Either way, your Discovery Visit gives you something most women have struggled to find: a real clinical answer about your body from a specialist who has the time and expertise to actually evaluate it.

Just come as you are. If you've been diagnosed with a specific condition, feel free to mention it in the form or when you get a confirmation call— that helps us prepare for the conversation — but it's not required. Someone will call you to prepare you for your session.

In most cases, we can schedule your Discovery Visit within a few days of your form submission. Once you submit the form, we'll reach out within minutes to find a time that works for your schedule. If you're in a hurry or have a specific window of availability, just mention it on the form and we'll work with you to make it happen.

No referral is needed. California is a direct-access state, which means you can start with us without a physician's order. If your care plan benefits from collaboration with your doctor or specialist, we're happy to work with your existing care team — but you don't need to wait for anyone's permission to get started.

Our studio is located at 681 Encinitas Blvd, Suite 308, Encinitas, CA 92024 — in the heart of North County San Diego.

One on one sessions take place in Suite 308. Pilates group classes are in our adjacent studio, Suite 305. When you arrive, look for Suite 308 — our team will direct you from there.

There's a free parking lot directly in front of the building with plenty of spaces.
