The Conversation You've Been Waiting to Have
If you've been living smaller because of pain, leaking, or a body that feels unfamiliar — your first step is a real one. A complete clinical evaluation, a personalized program plan, and the kind of honest answers most women have been searching for.
Here is what happens in your Discovery Visit:
A complete clinical evaluation — pelvic floor screen (if needed), movement assessment, postural analysis, and a full conversation about what your body has been telling you
An honest answer to what's actually driving your symptoms — not generic advice, not "this is just getting older," not vague reassurance. A real clinical picture.
Your personalized program plan, built in the room — using Dr. Dawn Andalon's Pelvic & Core Reset™ Method. You'll leave knowing exactly what we'd address, how, over what timeline, and what your investment would be.
No referral needed. No pressure — just answers.
Fill out the form and we'll reach out within minutes.“I almost talked myself out of booking, but I’m so glad I didn’t — it was the easiest conversation I’ve had about my health in years. I left knowing exactly what to do next.”

Questions Women Ask Before Booking a Discovery Visit
-
That's exactly what the Discovery Visit is built for. Your specialist will perform a complete clinical evaluation and walk through your full history — and by the end of the visit, you'll have a clear, honest answer about whether we can help you.
We specialize in women's health conditions affecting women over 40 — including pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, back pain, sciatica, osteoporosis, hysterectomy recovery, and perimenopause and menopause-related symptoms. But we're not the right fit for every woman or every condition. If your situation isn't something we can address, we'll tell you honestly and point you toward the right care — whether that's a different specialist, a different practice, or a different approach altogether.
Either way, your $249 Discovery Visit gives you something most women have struggled to find: a real clinical answer about your body from a specialist who has the time and expertise to actually evaluate it. If you would like to speak to someone first, you can call or text us at (760)301-5235.

The Discovery Visit is up to 60 minutes — long enough for a complete clinical evaluation, a real conversation about what you've been experiencing, and your personalized program plan, all in one comprehensive visit. We designed it this way because we know your time matters, and we'd rather give you everything you need in one focused appointment than spread it across multiple visits.
You'll leave with clinical findings, a written plan built around your body, and total clarity about your next step — whether that's enrolling in a program with us or not.
-
Simple, honest, and focused on you. You'll meet one-on-one with Dr. Dawn or a clinician she trained directly for a complete 60-minute visit — no rushed intake, no being passed between providers, no sharing the room.
We'll start with a real conversation about what you've been experiencing and what you want your life to look like. From there, your specialist will perform a thorough clinical evaluation — pelvic floor screen, movement assessment, postural analysis, and any other assessments specific to your situation — to understand what's actually driving your symptoms.
Then, before you leave, we'll walk you through your personalized program plan — what we'd address, how, over what timeline, and what your investment would be. You'll have everything you need to make the right decision for you, whether that means enrolling in a program with us or knowing honestly that we're not the right fit.
You'll leave with clarity, a written plan, and a real next step — not a sales pitch.
-
Yes — the Discovery Visit includes a thorough clinical evaluation, which is part of what makes it different from a typical first visit. Your specialist will perform a pelvic floor screen (if needed), movement assessment, postural analysis, and any other assessments specific to your situation, so we can give you a real clinical picture of what's actually driving your symptoms.
This is also why your Discovery Visit is 60 minutes rather than a brief intake — we want to do the work properly in one comprehensive visit, not stretch it across multiple appointments.
If you have specific concerns about what to expect during the screen, just let us know when we follow up with you. We'll walk you through everything ahead of time so you feel comfortable, prepared, and in control of what happens in the room. You're always the one who decides what feels right for your body.
-
That's completely fine — and you're never under any obligation to continue.
Honestly, most women who come in for a Discovery Visit do decide to move forward with us. Not because we pressure them, but because by the end of 60 minutes, they finally feel heard by someone who understands what they're going through. If that's you, great. If it's not, that's okay too.
Whatever you decide, you won't get follow-up sales calls or pressure to change your mind. We genuinely want you to find the right care, whether that's with us or somewhere else.
-
Just come as you are. If you've been diagnosed with a specific condition, feel free to mention it in the form or when you get a confirmation call— that helps us prepare for the conversation — but it's not required. Someone will call you to prepare you for your session.
-
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Many of our clients find it helpful to bring their spouse or partner, particularly when considering a program that represents a meaningful investment in their health. Having your partner in the room means they hear the assessment, the plan, and the reasoning directly from our team — which makes the decision a shared one rather than something you have to explain after the fact.
You're welcome to bring anyone whose support matters to you. Just mention it when you submit the form so we can make sure there's a comfortable space for everyone.
-
In most cases, we can schedule your Discovery Visit within a few days of your form submission. Once you submit the form, we'll reach out within minutes to find a time that works for your schedule. If you're in a hurry or have a specific window of availability, just mention it on the form and we'll work with you to make it happen.
-
No referral is needed. California is a direct-access state, which means you can start with us without a physician's order. If your care plan benefits from collaboration with your doctor or specialist, we're happy to work with your existing care team — but you don't need to wait for anyone's permission to get started.
