Start With a Conversation. Not a Commitment. Just Answers.
If you’ve been living smaller because of pain, leaking, or a body that feels unfamiliar — your first step is a conversation. Not a commitment.
Here is what happens in your Discovery Visit:
An honest conversation about what you have been experiencing and how long it has been going on
A clear picture of whether Revive is the right fit for your body and your goals
A specific next step — not a sales pitch, not a generic recommendation. A real answer.
Complimentary. No referral needed. No pressure — just answers.
Fill out the form and we'll reach out within minutes.“I almost talked myself out of booking, but I’m so glad I didn’t — it was the easiest conversation I’ve had about my health in years. I left knowing exactly what to do next.”

Questions Women Ask Before Booking a Discovery Visit
-
It's completely complimentary — no catch, no hidden fees, no obligation to continue after.
We offer this because we know that many women have had frustrating experiences with healthcare providers who rushed them through appointments without really listening. Before you commit to anything, we want to earn your trust.
This is a genuine 20-minute conversation with one of our women's health specialists. We'll listen to what you've been experiencing, explain what may be going on, and give you an honest recommendation. If we're the right fit for you, we'll tell you exactly how to get started. If we're not, we'll tell you that too — and point you in the right direction.
No pressure. No sales pitch. Just answers.
-
That's exactly what the Discovery Visit is for. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help you — and if we're not the right fit, we'll point you in the right direction.
We specialize in women's health conditions affecting women over 40 — including pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, back pain, sciatica, osteoporosis, and hysterectomy recovery. But we're not the right fit for every woman or every condition. Our job in the Discovery Visit is to tell you honestly whether your specific situation is something we can help with.
-
The Discovery Visit is 20 minutes — long enough to have a real conversation, short enough to fit easily into your day. It's intentionally designed to be low-commitment. We know you're busy, and we know you don't yet know whether we're the right fit. Twenty minutes is enough for both of us to find out.
If you decide to move forward after your Discovery Visit, your first full session is a longer evaluation appointment that goes into depth. But the Discovery Visit itself is just a conversation.
-
Simple and honest. No forms to fill out in the room. No rushed intake interview. Just a conversation with one of our women's health specialists about what you've been experiencing and what you want your life to look like.
She'll listen, ask clarifying questions, and give you her honest perspective — whether we can help, what your treatment might look like, and what the next step would be if you decide to move forward. You'll leave with clarity, not a sales pitch.
-
No. The Discovery Visit is a conversation, not an evaluation appointment. We don't do any physical assessments or examinations during this visit. The goal is to understand your situation and give you an honest picture of whether we can help — not to begin treatment.
If you decide to move forward, your first full session is where the thorough one-on-one evaluation happens — including pelvic floor assessment and any other specific evaluations relevant to your condition.
-
That's completely fine — and you're never under any obligation to continue.
Honestly, most women who come in for a Discovery Visit do decide to move forward with us. Not because we pressure them, but because by the end of 20 minutes, they finally feel heard by someone who understands what they're going through. If that's you, great. If it's not, that's okay too.
Whatever you decide, you won't get follow-up sales calls or pressure to change your mind. We genuinely want you to find the right care, whether that's with us or somewhere else.
-
No preparation required. No intake forms. No medical records needed. No specific clothing. No paperwork.
Just come as you are. If you've been diagnosed with a specific condition, feel free to mention it in the form — that helps us prepare for the conversation — but it's not required.
-
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Many of our clients find it helpful to bring their spouse or partner, particularly when considering a program that represents a meaningful investment in their health. Having your partner in the room means they hear the assessment, the plan, and the reasoning directly from our team — which makes the decision a shared one rather than something you have to explain after the fact.
You're welcome to bring anyone whose support matters to you. Just mention it when you submit the form so we can make sure there's a comfortable space for everyone.
-
In most cases, we can schedule your Discovery Visit within a few days of your form submission. Once you submit the form, we'll reach out within minutes to find a time that works for your schedule. If you're in a hurry or have a specific window of availability, just mention it on the form and we'll work with you to make it happen.
-
No referral is needed. California is a direct-access state, which means you can start with us without a physician's order. If your care plan benefits from collaboration with your doctor or specialist, we're happy to work with your existing care team — but you don't need to wait for anyone's permission to get started.
